Living in London: part I Back from London

This year is dedicated to the discovery of Ireland, but not that! Because since having good friends staying in London, he came to me the great idea to go take a quick glance at the capital, and all with the company of my dear cousin in exile in Sweden.

This little three-day weekend allowed us to taste the flavors and London give us a brief glimpse of what may be a day every day in London: Well, first observation: many fatigue ... Moreover, earlier today, I never got fully recovered. It is true that London is a city vast, vast, yet so cosmopolitan. It is the epitome of the capital of a thousand colors, different cultures and nationalities. Browse London, is to travel the four corners of the globe, both ethnic and cultural differences are present.

My stay has commenced with a dangerous and stressful journey during which I had to take two buses, two airplanes and make a desperate race through the airport from London Stansted. It is true that I had not chosen the easiest route and the fastest, but simply the most economical solution for a student. Under these conditions, so I arrived a little flat in London, with much to my surprise anyone who was waiting on Baker Street (sniff), but decided to wait a few minutes I finally saw the arrival of my friends happy and my dear cousin. Shared the pleasure of reunion, we took the road to explore London, a little off in the apartment of one of my chic friends, before taking the bus to Turnpike Lane area which houses some of my friends. Everyone wants good night, the day was long, and must recharge the batteries for the weekend.

Friday morning, waking around 9:30 am, coffee and shower Express, and we're off to explore the city. First step is to decide the subway map, we finally opt for the passport to the day (5.70 euro). Which is pretty good given the number of trips. First stop at Covent Garden, with its small shopping malls, markets closed, theaters, entertainment and various diverse (we were treated to a pair of opera singers during our walk: atypical).

Resumed our journey to Piccadilly Circus, a small walk through the big cinemas, giant billboards, the mass of people vary in the streets. After reuniting Anne-Laure and Greg in the Loan (chain of fast-food Londoners) which works Maud, we are heading toward a McDonald's center for a menu exactly diet food, I'll spare you the details. After Maud has joined us towards Big Ben and the Westminster Parliament where the sun smiles in all its brilliance, which helps us spot on the photo. Let's take as my cousin and me great pleasure to this beautiful spectacle offered to us, the Clock Tower sublimated by the sun.

short stroll along the Thames, passing in front of the London Eye with which some are replicas Dali exposed on the bank. We cross a few aspiring singers (they sang the Bob Marley, you follow me?). The view over the Thames is simply magnificent in the late afternoon. The sky comes in several shades of color appear in leaving the Thames shady silhouette of Big Ben and Westminster. So gorgeous!

Before a small lunch break at my friend Greg's side of Regent's Park, we share the last rays of light on the city side of Trafalgar Square and his column revealing the figure of Nelson, standing at over 4O feet around him with four bronze lions sculpted by Edwin Landseer, a which Greg thinks he is Zorro. We ask ourselves a few moments at a Starbuck's shop to find some warmth. Our day will end at the heart of Oxford Circus where you will have time to appreciate and enjoy the many decorations adorning the commercial streets.

decorations modern oval changing colors for decorations sapinales more conventional but equally effective, it will take in their eyes so that illuminates the city and major shopping nearby. the streets swarm with people, many buyers are in the period before Christmas and the stores show their best showcases enticing passersby.

After this walk at how nice it is time to return home to have five-six hours of sleep in order to have enough energy to start on Saturday ...

Time went fast, so fast ... Hardly time to put your feet on the ground in London, minutes and seconds pass parade at breakneck speed. How To Make Mony Doing Webcam Masterbation

Trip to Killarney: part II

Sunday morning, as usual, we start with a half-hour late. This time, head for the Ring of Kerry, a site for its exceptional environment. So here we boarded a small excursion into the sea, and more specifically on the bay of Dingle, a real nature reserve. First stop at the edge of a steep slope with a panoramic view over the bay. The wind blows on the coast ardently but this does not prevent us from wiping a few shots of the beautiful landscape before our eyes. The weather was poor, but this does not affect the overall vision of the mountains which s'extirpent the sky gray and the bottom of the bay.

After the intermission of fifteen minutes, an hour stops in Waterville, stronghold of the Chaplin family in the 60s, who came to take leave. Moreover, there was a statue erected in his honor. Waterville, a small village of 700 inhabitants, looking like a resort, offers its range of beautiful landscapes including hills and massive that give the impression of diving into the ocean, cliffs colored green, fields traditional Irish with abundant greenery and herds of sheep. At the corner of our walk through downtown, stopping the center to buy some eals den, just to stuff a little stomach, anxious to regain the enthusiasm after the kill of the day. Small break on the beach at Waterville, decorated with pebbles and rocky progress that offers a nice photo frame. It feels light to the call of the wind and sea facing us. The beach provides us with a good angle of view on the ocean horizon. The contrasts of light between heaven and earth are fabulous. Everyone is lost in his thoughts, the silence continues, we appreciate the moment ...

After this little lunch, stroll on the beach and photographs in series as background a magnificent view over the sea can feel the artistic soul in us to grow, with the main actor and scenery, the sea and us. But hardly the time to make some shots it is already time to leave. Last glance snapshot of the beach, it is certain that we will return ...

Resumed our journey through the tortuous bends and steep and off on a fantastic view on Ballinskelligs Bay and its islands scattered around the bay. On the horizon, the sun manages to pierce the clouds to give us a ray of light that travels in the bay and we openly revealed the splendor and beauty of the ocean, wise and silent. Here it is, my memory card is full, it is time to change it against my little memory card 32 mb, history to take three-four pictures.

last stop in a small Irish village at the foot of the valley, with shops and lovely views to the delight of tourists. And we go back to Cork, it is four hours, the stomach growling. The trip goes well. Everyone sleeps in the bus, silence is golden, a few glances dissipate. Arrival in Cork, we exchanged our emails, our numbers, we just spend a weekend to begin fortifying the week course ahead. It is time to say goodbye and go to bed. Next stop: London with my cousin Anthony and my friends in Rennes. I look forward ...

Does Anyone Know Where To Buy Oil Of Olay Soaps

Trip to Killarney: part I

After some problems, computer after hours to finish a test of literature, having been to my first salsa classes at the university, and after a very busy weekend, I'm ready to tell you my little weekend in Killarney.

First, a little geography: Killarney (Irish Cill Airne) is a town of 12,000 inhabitants that is located in County Kerry. The city has some beautiful monuments (Muckross House). Its main characteristic is to be a tourist town because it is near the largest National Park, Ireland, Killarney National Park which covers an area of 103 sq. km. This site has also been appointed in 1981 by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve (which is the international designation of conservation reserves). That is what will therefore be the place of intrigue ...

So
scheduled departure at eleven o'clock Friday morning near the university, latecomers are not many but some are still waiting at the bus departure. Once everyone onboard, we're off for a trip of two hours on the roads of West Cork. The weather is looking good, the sun fills us with light. On the road we went into raptures at the verdant surroundings and radiating, populated by meadows and mountains gleaming. Lunch in a small village and hop we go again, towards the Lidl of Killarney. The organizers set the groups of 6, in order to place students in rentals and also to facilitate the task of shopping ... Me now placed in group 3 with two French, two French and one Italian. The program of races, pasta, chips and drink ... The rating is salty but it was the quantity. After this longish passage in the supermarket, head for the rental and, much to the surprise of many, one is led into a small lottisement maisonettes, rated four stars (large class), just for us! To the delight of all, everyone leaves to settle in its lease with Discovery and Site Visit ...

It arises from a moment before the discovery of Killarney. The sun is present outskirts of the city, we connected by road with magnificent contrasts of light and color on gilded trees. It establishes a base camp in the souvenir shops, and Luck Maroine indulging in the pleasures Guinessiens tourist ... On the way home, stop forced in the beautiful St Mary's cathedral, a few photos and then goes away ...

We're back to our homes, break aperitif before episodes of Friends, each savoring the moment, then move to table with a cast of pasta, lovingly and deliciously prepared by Maroine and Alberta. After the belly well stocked, it migrates to the house to aside for the "surprise party" of the Irish, who happens to be an explosive cocktail, mix of spirits, with the first components vodka and whiskey. The evening ends at the stroke of four hours sleep hits us like a blow. The revival will be difficult ...

Morning After, starting at the stroke of ten o'clock for the bike ride in Killarney National Park. Each has its head in the handlebars, there are a few stragglers in the ranks. After the handling of our bikes, we're off, single file, some are already starting to accelerate front, while others hang out behind the pitch.

The group is divided somewhat, it is confined just to follow the organizers. First stage of the day, we stop at Muckross Abbey, under renovation. The cloister is quite remarkable, everyone starts to feel like a priest. In the middle of the cloister stands an old yew pleusieurs hundreds of years. Beside the Abbey stands a cemetery filled with great Gaelic poets of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The external environment is simply beautiful, the colors shine, it is almost like spring.

After a few photos where everyone stops quickdraw with a vengeance his camera around Lough Lein (Gaelic "Lake of knowledge"). The setting is nice and we like to look around. Along the way, here we come to the Muckross House and its surrounding gardens. This house is one of the main attractions of the park, the building was built in 1843 in Victorian style. This ruling is our lunch stop. With some French, we partont exploring the area and our guide suivont Navy to a place completely isolated, facing the lake and mountains, a few boats sailing on the side the pier.

After this little break very quiet, we go to meet the Torc Waterfall (Waterfall Torc) and its 18 meters high, somewhat impressive. Everyone has their own goal to put before the waterfall, but before such a framework, we can not refuse.

Organizers then decided to make us walk the road and go towards the Ross Castle, a 16th century great tower, which stands opposite the Lough Lean. The view over the lake and mountains damn worth the detour. Besides, she will serve as a framework for the group photo from a dear Irish have been kind enough to take.

off on the stroke of five o'clock, towards the city center to take a little hot chocolate, well deserved after this day. In the evening, we take the same and again, cocktail-party-pasta-sleeping, the alarm will not happen anytime soon ...

The exam period is close to not large, the tests are awaited, stress and tension rise a notch in the ranks of students, strongly weekend in Killarney that will allow everyone to relax a little and take a jug of air and relaxing ...
