Program this Saturday, a day sympathetic to Dalkey village with the international association. Dalkey is located on the coast south of Dublin, on the road to Bray. At this point, the English had built in the fifteenth century a series of 14 castles to monitor maritime traffic from the port of Dublin (which situepratiquement opposite Dalkey). Today, there are only two square towers still intact facing, one be visited. 
These are small towers 2 levels plus turrets surveillance on rooftops. 
The interior of the tower was refurbished and people dressed in costumes of the era come to explain the origin and use of objects of the time . The realism is striking, especially in terms of emphasis, I personally did not understand much about what they have racconti ... 
Around the castle is a beautiful cemetery of the Xth century
We then continued our Short Walk in the village of Dalkey along the coast road. The small port city is really beautiful to see, albeit tiny but very picturesque.
